Frank Kuppner es un poeta y novelista escocés nacido en Glasgow en 1951. Ha sido escritor residente en diversas instituciones, entre ellas las Universidades de Edimburgo y Strathclyde. Entre sus publicaciones en poesía se destacan: A Bad Day for the Sung Dynasty y Best Moments in Chinese History, ambos premiados por el Consejo de las Artes de Escocia.
