Sawako Nakayasu es una poeta y traductora nacida en nacida en Yokohama, Japón. Ha vivido principalmente en Estados Unidos y Japón. Entre sus libros se incluyen Some Girls Walk Into The Country They Are From (Wave, 2020), Pink Waves (Omnidawn), The Ants (Les Figues Press) y la traducción de The Collected Poems of Chika Sagawa (Canarium Books), entre otros.
